We’re just weeks away from Noteworthy 2025, Notable’s annual AI summit that brings bold thinkers and healthcare leaders together at the stunning Terranea Resort. Whether it’s your first time joining us or you’re a returning guest, here’s your go-to guide to make the most of the week.
General conference information
Noteworthy takes place October 6-9, 2025, at the Terranea Resort in Palos Verdes.

Lodging and parking
If you reserved a hotel room, you should have received a reservation confirmation email directly from the Terranea Resort, with the subject line “Terranea Resort Reservation Confirmation.”
If you need to make adjustments to your reservation or have questions, please email noteworthy@eventmarketingpartners.com.
Parking is available at the resort for $35.00 per vehicle, per night. Daily parking is $30.00 per day.
Registration and information desk
When you arrive at Terranea, pick up your conference badge at the Registration and Information Desk, located in the Palos Verdes Foyer. You’ll have to present a government-issued photo ID.
Noteworthy badges are required for entry to all sessions and activities. If you lose or misplace your badge, please return to the registration desk with your government-issued photo ID to get it reprinted.
The registration desk will be staffed during the following hours:

Suggested Attire
We recommend business attire for all conference programming. Think slacks, dress shirts, slacks and blouses, or skirts and dresses. Conference ballrooms tend to be chilly, so please bring a blazer or sweater.
Monday’s welcome reception and Wednesday’s closing dinner will be business casual attire. These events are more casual, so nice jeans, shirts, blouses, and sweaters are appropriate. They also take place outdoors, so please bring a light jacket or outer layer for comfort.
For Tuesday’s Awards Dinner, please plan for cocktail attire. Dress to impress in suits and cocktail dresses.
Local Weather
Expect mild and pleasant weather, with average daytime high temperatures around 76 degrees Fahrenheit, and average nighttime low temperatures around 57 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bring a jacket to accommodate the cooler coastal nighttime climate.
Activities
On Tuesday morning there is designated time for you to retreat and enjoy the resort. If you are interested, the resort is extending a 10% discount on golf and kayaking. It is recommended that you book in advance. You can click the link to see the activity offerings.
