A look back at Noteworthy 2026 in Austin, from the debut of Flow Compass and partner stories to this year’s Notable Achievement Award winners.

To everyone who joined us in Austin for Noteworthy 2026: thank you. Bringing this community of healthcare leaders together is one of the highlights of our year, and we’re grateful to everyone who spent those few days with us.
This year we gathered around a big idea: pioneering the new standard for healthcare AI.
Healthcare is at a turning point. Technology can now do more than digitize the work. It can actually complete it. Over the next decade, operations will increasingly run on agents, and leaders will need the right tools and skills to manage them. That calls for a new System of Work, where people, agents, and existing systems work together to get work done and keep improving outcomes.
The debut of Flow Compass. We unveiled Flow Compass, the new intelligence layer of the Notable Platform. It’s built to power this new System of Work and to shorten the path from an operating goal to best-in-class outcomes.
Studio Sessions. In hands-on sessions, attendees saw Flow Compass at work: setting new outcomes at scale, building dependable agents faster, and giving operational leaders a clear compass.
A conversation with Dr. Toby Cosgrove. The former CEO and President of Cleveland Clinic gave his advice on leading teams through uncharted territory in healthcare innovation.
Stories from our partners. Leaders from across our community talked about how they’re setting new standards and creating better outcomes for their staff and patients every day, and the lessons learned along the way.
Allyson Collins from Catholic Health outlined the three outcomes Catholic Health prioritizes for a unified patient journey: faster access, consistency, and choice. Sam Hinton from Presbyterian shared his lessons from automating care gap closure: establish protocols before automating outreach, opt for a gentler outreach cadence, and sync outreach with clinic capacity.
On the Builders panel, Brian Schuetz of MIT Health, Dr. Todd Beardman of NKC Health, and Jeff Pan of UCSD Health all agreed: the best way to learn how to build workflows is to start building on a real problem. And during our executive roundtable, healthcare leaders discussed a common theme: the financial challenges they’re facing are significant, and automation is the key to driving tangible operational cost savings.
We also presented our 2026 Notable Achievement Awards while gathered together in Austin. This year’s Notable Achievement Awards celebrated leaders who are making proven AI the new operating benchmark for healthcare. Together, the honorees represent more than $8 million in annualized value, over 122,000 hours of staff time saved, and more than $20 million in revenue managed by AI agents.
Congratulations to this year’s winners:
We also recognized three new certified Notable Healthcare AI Builders. Each has shown they can independently design, build, deploy, and improve production-grade workflows:
To every honoree: your work sets the bar for what’s possible in healthcare, and we’re proud to celebrate you.
Thank you again for your energy, your ideas, and your partnership. We left Austin recharged and inspired, and we hope you did too.
Warmly,
Kelly Leo
