Your Guide to Noteworthy 2026

Noteworthy 2026 is next week, and we can't wait to welcome you to Miraval Austin. We're bringing together an intimate group of healthcare leaders for a few days of honest conversation, fresh ideas and time to recharge in the Texas Hill Country.

To help you arrive relaxed and ready, we've gathered everything you need in one place: how to get there, what to know about Miraval's device policy, what to wear and a packing list so nothing gets left behind.

Getting there

Flying in: Complimentary shuttles to Miraval leave the airport every hour from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Look for the "Hotel Shuttle Pickup" sign between baggage claims 4 and 5.

Driving in: You'll be listed at the Miraval gate as a day pass recipient. Just give your name when you arrive.

Miraval house rules

Miraval has a few house rules that keep the resort calm and restful for every guest. Please keep these in mind during your stay.

Devices

Miraval is a device-free environment that encourages guests to unplug and enjoy the moment they're in. That doesn't mean you'll be out of reach while you're at Noteworthy.

Where devices are welcome:

  • All dedicated Noteworthy conference spaces
  • Your hotel room

Where Miraval asks you to keep them put away:

  • The gym and spa
  • Dining areas
  • The lobby and other common areas outside our conference spaces

We think you'll find the break refreshing, and it leaves more room for the conversations that make Noteworthy special.

Other house rules

  • Check-in and check-out: Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
  • Incidentals: Notable covers your room, but Miraval requires a valid credit card from each guest at check-in to cover incidentals.
  • Food and beverage: All food and drinks must be purchased from Miraval.
  • Registered guests only: Visitors need a day-spa package arranged in advance.
  • Branded items: Please wear branded badges only inside our event spaces.

What to wear

Miraval has a relaxed, wellness-focused setting, and our dress code follows suit.

  • Travel days (Monday and Wednesday): Resort casual. Light and comfortable pieces like chinos, trousers, or jeans with a polo, linen shirt or blouse, or a sundress or jumpsuit, finished with loafers, sandals or clean sneakers.
  • Conference day (Tuesday): Smart casual. Think dark jeans, chinos or tailored trousers with a button-down, blouse, knit top or sweater, or a dress or skirt, finished with loafers, flats, boots or clean sneakers. No jackets or blazers necessary.
  • Notable Achievement Awards Dinner (Tuesday evening): Cocktail attire. We recommend suits, dresses or tailored pantsuits.
  • Activities and amenities: Comfortable athletic wear for fitness classes, hiking, the gym or the spa.

Austin in October can swing quite a bit. Daytime temperatures can reach the high 80s, and evenings can drop into the 50s and 60s, so plan to dress in layers. There is a chance of afternoon rain. Our conference rooms are air-conditioned, so keep a light layer with you during sessions too.

Your packing list

Use this checklist to make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

For conference days

  • Resort casual outfits for Monday and Wednesday, and a smart casual outfit for Tuesday (jeans are fine)
  • Comfortable shoes for walking between sessions and around the resort

  • Business cards

For the Awards Dinner

  • Cocktail attire: a suit, dress or tailored pantsuit
  • Dress shoes
  • A warm layer for the evening

For downtime and amenities

  • Athletic wear and sneakers for fitness classes, hiking or the gym
  • Swimsuit and sandals for the pool
  • Comfortable lounge clothes for the spa and relaxing in your room

For the Texas weather

  • Sunscreen and sunglasses
  • A hat for time outdoors
  • An umbrella for potential rain

Travel essentials

  • Photo ID and a credit card for incidentals at check-in
  • Personal medications

An experience built for connection

We purposefully designed Noteworthy 2026 as an intimate experience that nurtures meaningful conversations and impactful networking.

Unlike a large conference, where it's easy to get lost in the crowd, Noteworthy brings together just a small, curated group of healthcare leaders. Many of them are facing the same challenges and opportunities you are. An intimate group means more time for real conversation, whether you're in a session, sharing a meal or out on a morning walk.

To get the most out of your time with us:

  • Step away from the day-to-day. Miraval's setting makes it easier to be fully present.
  • Come ready to share. The best discussions happen when people speak openly about what's working and what isn't.
  • Get to know the people around you. Some of the most valuable conversations happen between sessions or over dinner.

See you in Austin

We can't wait to welcome you to Noteworthy 2026. See you next week!
