Why AI Workshops at Gillette Children’s Matter And What’s Next

Recently Notable designed AI workshops to help organizations quickly turn strategy into action. By bringing leaders together to tackle real-world challenges with technology, these sessions streamline operations and drive meaningful improvements in care.We recently reached an exciting milestone by hosting our first Executive AI Workshop with Gillette Children’s, building on the success of similar workshops we’ve held with other partners. This immersive session brought together leaders from every corner of the organization to tackle real challenges, like improving scheduling, automating prior authorizations and harnessing patient-reported outcomes (PROs) to focus on what truly matters to children and families. These conversations aren’t just about technology; they’re about building the capabilities needed to make a meaningful and lasting impact in pediatric care.

What sets this workshop apart? 

Engagement from leadership was off the charts, with two section chiefs actively participating for more than two hours. Ideas were practical and tightly aligned to Gillette’s priorities, especially its commitment to data-driven care pathways for complex conditions like cerebral palsy. Later that same day, Dr. Aaron Neinstein delivered a keynote to Gillette leaders, reinforcing how our collaboration will help teams continuously learn, improve and support every child’s health journey.

AI workshops like this are more than meetings. They connect technology with strategy, sparking new ideas, clarifying priorities and driving real momentum toward sustainable change. These sessions help us zero in on pilots that move the needle, whether by streamlining scheduling, accelerating authorizations, making PROs actionable or supporting clearer communication with families.

And this is just the beginning. 

We’ll be hosting more workshops ahead, each designed to transform big-picture strategies into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. The ultimate goal is a learning health system where teams shape how AI is used, measure its impact and continuously raise the bar for pediatric care.
