How it works

This flow automates sending pre-procedure visit instructions to a patient prior to their upcoming procedure. Information within these instructions can be tailored by appointment information such as the procedure type or the location of the procedure as well as patient history information such as medications on file or medical history. The flow outreaches via text/email and then gives the patient the option for an AI generated voice call to collect additional information. The voice call transcription will be analyzed within the flow and appropriate human tasks will be sent to the task list for a staff member to action.
