Following the use of a web-based appointment scheduling link, this flow will log the necessary data to create a dashboard tracing results. You will be able to track patient responses, patient matching rates, scheduling rates, and breakdown scheduled appointments by any appointment criteria. The public facing, self-serve, patient scheduling link itself is configured in a form template, and then turned into a public URL. That URL is a pre-requisite to using this flow.
