How it works
This flow automates sending patient satisfaction surveys to patients. This can be sent at a patient level to an identified group of patients or can be sent to patients at a specific cadence post-visit (ex. 24 hours after their visit). The provided patient satisfaction survey form template can be customized to collect questions relevant to your organization and prompt patients to leave online reviews of your organization/their provider to promote awareness. Once the patient completes the survey, the flow will analyze the patient responses and look for any follow-up needs. If the patient requests a follow-up staff phone call, an AI generated overview of document/encounter details from the last 30 days will be sent in a human task for staff to action and outreach to the patient.
